It's not the variety that is overdoing it - it's how much you do it!. It depends on the number of hours everyday that she's exercising!.
Sounds like she has a nice variety there - yoga for flexibility, running for cardio and weight lifting for toning and strength building!. If she's doing, say, yoga 3 times a week, running 5 and weigh lifting 3 to 5 times a week then she's fine!.
