Is there anything i can do to lighten my period?!
Question: Is there anything i can do to lighten my period!?
my period gets extremely heavy at times and it scares my mom alot!. we've went to the doctor to see what we could do about it but he said he doesn't want to put me on birth control pills since i'm only 14!. is there another option!?
