I've also heard from some that they continued with their low-fat diet after coming off Alli, and they STILL regained the weight!! Something about metabolism and whatnot!? Is this true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, it's not true!. Alli is a simple fat blocker!. It can't interfere with periods!. However, losing too much body fat can whether it's from taking Alli or just not eating enough calories!. If people gain weight when they discontinue Alli, it's because they're still eating too much fat and they don't have the Alli anymore blocking that excess fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
