You don't need to clean the inside of your vagina-- it cleans itself! How cool is that!? And just so you know, it's actually not healthy to douche!. Douching changes the vagina's pH, which can lead to infections!. As for the outer parts when you don't have time to shower & you feel like you want to freshen up a bit, you can get some personal cleansing wipes specifically designed to be used for women's private parts!. You can find them in the same section in the store where the tampons are!.
