Slow metabolism means (I'm pretty sure) that your body (digestive system) doesn't process the food that you ate as quickly as some do, and so you'll have more of a tendency to gain weight faster!. Fast metabolism is the opposite, and I have one of those lol!. Hope I helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
