-Using an endovaginal ultrasound, the internal cystic structure may be categorized as simple (just fluid filled), complex (with areas of fluid mixed with solid material), or completely solid (with no obvious fluid)!.

For me it was extremely sharp pain in my lower abdomen, about even with the top of my hip bone!. It was initially mis-diagnosed as appendicitis but a CT scan revealed a 6 cm leaking ovarian cyst!. If you have pain/discomfort around the midpoint of your period its likely a cyst!. They aren't normally that serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i've had several ovarian cysts, & i actually have one right now!.
it can range from a slight pain on either your right or left side, to a very bad pain on your right or left!.

i have the bad pain!.

ovarian cysts make your periods irregular, cause bad cramping, & acne!.

when they finally burst, it's an even worse pain!.
