ok i have been haveing most of the signs of period discharge bout a year now pimples just recently been craving ice cream pubic hair leg hair i belive these are cramps(lower stomach very uncomfortable to sit down)if not cramps what is that i get it in the morning age 13 5'5"150lbs
if i let down on stress will it come faster

these are signs that a period is coming!. I started my period when I was 13 and I remember feeling really weird and you are going through puberty!. this is totally normal!. If it becomes a little bit bothersome, take midol, but I would talk to your mom and tell her what you are going through!. Your mom has gone through this and you can also talk to your doctor and he/she will inform you a little bit more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Stress is holding it back, people think I'm crazy I always say this but I asked my doctor, and this si what he told me, when you stress your body sends negative hormones and is kind of keeing your period from coming, if your worry less and just be like okay I got this you will be fine, you have all the symptoms it's the waiting game for now!.
