To me, this sounds as if you could have a Urinary Tract Infection!. If you are noticing the spotting after you pee (the toilet paper has red or pink blood on it) and it is uncomfortable to pee, these are definite signs of a UTI!. When I had one, I had a constant burning feeling!. It was incredibly uncomfortable!. If this is an UTI and you make think it so, to alleviate the pain until you see a doctor, go to a drug store/walmart/walgreens/CVS/pharmacy and pick up UTI medicine such as Azo or Uristat!. These will help the pain but NOT the UTI!. To get rid of the UTI see the doctor and drink a lot of water!. Pee all that you can--this helps get the bacteria out!.

In any case, make a doctors appointment as this could be an STD or vaginal infection!. The doctor will be able to make you feel better!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on what part of the vagina is burning!. If it's the urethra, it may be a urinary tract infection!. Burning in the actual vagina itself is odd!. If you mean it's just sore, then that makes sense!.
Reasons for pain could be using a tampon when you normally don't, or if it's about a week before or after your period!. Spotting is also alright for about a week before and after your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This isn't a problem anyone at YA can help you with, dear!. This is one case where you will need to see a doctor!. You may have an infection of some sort, either vaginal or bladder!. It will require some tests and an exam to figure out what is happening!. No matter what it turns out to be, there will be something that can help you feel better, and help get rid of it!. Don't bother with the self treatments, just go see the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be many things kidney infection, std, why dont you call a clinic and ask to speak to a nurse!.!.!. Start drinking lots of water to help flush your system out!. Sounds like a kidney infection though cranberry juice will help if it is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
