What Do U Think Is Going On, Kind Of Long, So Don't B Afraid 2Answer????????!

ok i'm having sharp pains in my breast, they ache, and sometimes they feel kind of heavy!. my last period was 7/21 and now it's 8/24 and i'm having light pink spotting with a mix of a light brown spotting, and that's being going on since saturday night!. didn't have any cramping n my back at first, but now i'm have sharp pains and cramps in my lower abdominal!. my back is hurting!. don't say that i might b pregnant, because i really don't think that's the problem!. i was thinking that it was from me taking the prenatal vitamins, but i'm not really sure, can they make u feel like that!. i also thew up the other week while eating something that i always eat!. can that b from the prenatal vitamins 2!? and really can prenatal vitamins make u feel like u want 2 throw-up whenever u eat!? and i have been having these light headaches as well, and i really haven't been eating much after that!. so really what do u think is going on with my crazy body!? and please your opinion is well needed, but if u only have neg sh!t 2 say please say bye now!.

how do prenatal vitamins suppose 2 make u feel!?
and know that every female is different but how did they make u feel!?
oh and the reason 4 me taking the vitamins is because my husband and i r ttc baby #2!.
