Is pain after masturbation.. normal?!

Question: Is pain after masturbation!.!. normal!?
I'm still a virgin, sixteen years old and female!. Whenever I masturbate, a couple seconds right after that climax point, it begins to hurt bad enough that I need to pull away, and I have to leave down there alone for well over an hour before it starts feeling comfortable again!. The pain though, I only feel it when there's even a light pressure against my vagina, lips, and that general area!.

I was just wondering if this is normal for a girl who has not had sex yet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, this is normal whether or not you are a virgin!.

However, "normal" only means it happens to many other people!.

That doesn't mean you can't do anything to change this!.

What you are describing sounds as if you are totally focusing all of the energy in your body towards orgasm!.

Often, when both men and women do this to themselves, the sensitivity is simply too much to bear!.

Think of it as you would if you were holding a magnifying glass out in the sun, attempting to make the light cause that really bright point which can start a fire!.

In much the same way, you are likely causing all of your own body energy to focus on this spot!.

If anyone tries to tell you there is no such thing as "body energy", ask them what an electrocardiogram (ECG) or EEG (monitor of brain activity) is recording!. Your body is FULL of energy, and you have more power to focus it and release it than you think!.

First, make sure you check with your doctor to make sure you don't have a medical problem!.

Then, search the web and learn about two things:

Tantra, Tantric Massage

and

kundalini

My guess is that you will eventually have the best results from Tantric Massage!.

It's not the kind of massage you want to get from a professional, because it is very, very intimate!.!.!.helping you to slowly release the pathways of energy in your body, starting at your toes and fingertips and head, until you have successfully opened all the pathways for energy to release during your orgasm!.

Then the massage becomes sexual in nature, and when the climax arrives, you will be able to feel and experience the waves of energy which will flow through your body!.

This is the realization of "Kundalini", which is the name for the energy we all have coiled up in our pelvises (both men and women)!.

Once you have researched this, there are a number of ways for you to proceed!.

You can likely find a DVD which can guide you through the process, though eventually a partner will need to be involved for you to have the most pleasurable experience!.

Some Yoga teachers understand this and so do some massage therapists and others!.

You can actually have a partial tantric massage completely clothed, which would be the best way for you to learn this with a professional!.

They would simply need to do everything EXCEPT touch you in your genitals and on your breasts!.

Finally, the best thing will be for you to have a partner who is also interested in this!.

Also, this does NOT have to mean that sexual intercourse follows!. A lot of couples with intimacy issues really benefit from learning this technique instead of just having quick sex!. A session can easily last 90 minutes or more!.

So, you can't get pregnant from it, but you MUST be able to fully trust your partner, for if you are successful, you will be at your most vulnerable!.!.!.letting go of all resistance and inhibitions!.

So boundaries need to be established and maintained throughout your session!.

Hope this helps!.

Masturbation really increases blood flow to that area !.!.!. could your pain be a really overstated case of sensitivity!?

Maybe you are being too rough with yourself!? If you are using "props" maybe you are hurting yourself!? I'd recommend not masturbating, anyway!. At some point you will find someone you want to be intimate with, and while that SHOULD NOT be anytime soon !.!.!. you will want it to be new and exciting then, won't you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
