So you haven't had a period yet!?
"Period Pains" AKA cramps, feels like just that-- a deep cramp in your lower stomach/lower back!. Some women get headaches from their periods, but usually not until they're bleeding (from losing iron)!. Most women experience bloating as well (gassy, feeling like your stomach is full of air, jeans are tighter, etc)!. If you're experiencing pain in your groin/leg area, you might have an ovarian cyst!. Typiacally, they only hurt for a day or two then go away on their own!. There is nothing a doctor can do!. I get them every few months!. They won't do surgery on it unless it's huge and isn't going away (which is VERY rare)!.
Take some ibuprophen and lay down with a heating pad!. It might be the start of your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
