Why do I rarely enjoy sex?!

Question: Why do I rarely enjoy sex!?
Ocassionaly I enjoy it, but most of the time it just hurts and my boyfriend always gets frustrated!. I have a little boy, but I don't think that has anything to do with it because it has always been this way even before he got here!. Does anyone know what I can do differently to enjoy it more!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are not fully aroused, sex may be painful!. Use a mirror to look at yourself while aroused; the labia will often become redder!. Arousal means lubrication!. Lubrication is the cornerstone of good sex !.

I'm really sorry to hear about your predicament!. Maybe you have a case of mild vaginismus!? It's a condition in which your vaginal opening closes to prevent penetration!. Obviously I don't know if your current partner is the only person you've ever had sex with, but you say it's always been like this, and if you've had past partners and it's been painful, then this might be the case!.

Vaginismus is not necessarily controlled by the woman, but it's more of a involuntary reflex!. In some cases it's a psychological result!.!.!. for example, a lot of women are taught that sex is somehow immoral, etc!.!.!. it can be treated psychologically and physiologically!. Again, I don't know the relationship between you and your guy, but there might also be some communication issues there!. (Good communication skills enhance sex!. You mentioned that he gets frustrated!.!.!.that leads me to think that there might be communication barriers for him as well!.)

Or, this could simply be a case of lack of lubrication!. Or, maybe he is bigger than average, and you need to be "primed" more than average so your body can adjust to it!.

Good luck to you! I hope you find an answer and have earth shaking sex from now on!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure your boyfriend is, uh, revving up the engine before he takes you for a ride!. Assuming your boyfriend isn't really really huge, and you have a normal vagina (which, you would know by now if you didn't, given you've birthed a child through that canal), your problem is most likely due to the fact that you're tense and not relaxing!. If your boyfriend takes his time, makes sure to build up lots of lubrication and takes it slow, you should be fine!. The normal human vagina stretches and can accommodate a guy of almost any size!. Assure your boyfriend that when your confidence is up - and it shouldn't take long - you can try the wilder stuff!. In the meantime, slow, easy, lots of foreplay should do the trick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just make sure you are really in the mood for it, and it probably wouldnt hurt to get some lubeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sex should not hurt!. You need to see the Dr to rule out a physical or hormonal problem!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You know!.!. chlamydia can cause you to experience discomfort during intercourse!.!.!. you could both have contracted it many years ago without knowing!. It's worth a check up!.!.!. no harm in knocking it off the list of potential causes!.

Obviously you have tried lubes etc!.!.!. so I really think it is worth getting professional assistance on this question!.!.!. See your gyno!.!.!. and a sex health clinic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
