Question: How to cure a small cold fast!?
I just woke up with a small cold!. I have a small sore throat, not that bad!. And a bit of a stuffy nose!. It's not a horrible cold, but I know one is coming!. So what are some things I can do to get rid of it faster!? Thanks! [=Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get as much sleep as you can!. Take a day off and sleep if you have to!. Drink plenty of fluids, and orange juice!. Take it easy!. Treat yourself to renting a movie and a night of rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Anti-virals perhaps!. There is nothing really for you to do because there isn't much that can stop the virus!. Eat foods that boost your immune system to give it a hand taking out the virus!. Stay warm and drink plenty of fluids!. That is about it really =) get enough sleep too! give your body maximum time to recover!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There's no scientific be all and end all cure to the common cold, but some remedies for it that I found actually do help/speed it up are chicken soup, pure orange juice, and green tea!. Plenty of water helps flush the system of toxins too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink OJ or eat kiwis or strawberries (high in vitamin C)!.
