Question: I collected my self and went to Gp about my weight he told me to check with shrink!?
and i m afraid ,its a huge step for me ,what am i going to do ,in life i cant talk 4 words together how about shrink~~~

hm!.!.!.i assume when you say "shrink" you mean a counsellor!?!?!.!.!.!.i can't believe your gp used such a derogatory expression!!
seeking help from a counsellor is a good thing!!.!.!.!.only you will know when you are ready to make that move!.!.!.!.!.no one else can force you to go because your success in counselling depends on you being emotionally ready for it!.!.!.!.!.
i can relate to what you're saying!.!.!.!.i was terrified to make that call, but it's the best thing i ever did!.!.!.!.!.counselling does provide a lot of support through rough times and helps you make sense of your emotions!.!.!.!.
a counsellor will never tell you what to do or be judgemental!.!.!.they are they to support!.!.!.!.
the first step (making the appointment) is the hardest!!!.!.!.after that it's all about a healing process that gets easier day by day!.!.!.
