My uncle and his friend raped me anally!. My uncle's friend at night, and my uncle the next morning!. It really hurts now, my stomach and such!. I'm bleeding a lot!. They didn't use any protection, or lubricant!. They were really fast and rough, and continued on for a long amount of time!. Now I'm wondering what will the doctor give me or have me do when I go!. I am going and I am reporting this to the police so please do not give me advice like that!. I just want to know what to expect from the doctor so I can prepare myself!. Go to the hospital as soon as you can!. You need to be examined by a doctor and you need to have a sexual assault kit taken to be used as evidence for criminal prosecution!. The longer you wait, the less evidence there is of the incident (DNA degrades and can be washed away), and it could prevent charges from being laid!.
It's also important to have an examination by a doctor in case there's been any tearing of the rectal wall!. Bleeds like that can have long term consequence, and the sooner they're addressed the better off you'll be!.
Also, you'll probably be put on medication for a number of STDs and possibly HIV (because it can be transferred through anal penetration)!. The sooner you have those antibiotics and antivirals administered, the more likely they are to work!.

i am so sorry for this painful experience youve had!. a doctor will want to examine you internally to get evidence that your uncle raped you - the doctor will want to get the sperm for DNA analysis!. you should see a doctor asap, tonight ideally - to get examined before the sperm leave your body, and also to get a drug which prevents you from getting HIV if you are exposed to HIV within the last 72 hours (which you may not have been, but why take the risk!.)

OMG sweetie!. i am so sorry!. I wish i could go with you and make you feel better when you go!. You should go to the ER, they will take semen samples and anything else!. they will give the morning after pill because it is possible to get pregnant even without penetration!. sperm live up to 4 days!. they will probably give you antibiotics and maybe some ointment for your bottom!. i know how horrible it is but stay strong and hold your head high!. you can always e-mail me if you need to chat!. Well first off I would like to say I am extremely sorry to hear that this has happened to you!.!.!. But when you go into the doc he will do some STD checks because they did not use protection!. and check to see if there is any damage to your Collen and other stuff up there!.!.!.
