My sister said she suddenly started to grow between 16 and 17!.

at sixteen, you'll be lucky be able to grow one more inch until you're 18, but some people have another grow spurt in their twenties but it'll only add 1/2-1 inch!. But make sure you drink lots of milk and exercise, swimming laps or playing stuff like basketball may help make you stretch out (it really does)!.!.!.but you're already 16 so i don't think it'll help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
females stop growing earlier than males!. ur height is around avg!. for a female!. if u grow ur probably not going to grow more than another inch!. my tip is don't work out with weights work only with ur body weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
