DO NOT WORRY!.
I just started mine this past July, and the exact same thing happened to me!.
That's called spotting, and it happens before you start the actual menstrual period!. Make sure you buy pads and panty- liners and put them on just in case!.
And prepare yourself; those cramps may be bad!.!.!.!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It has something to do with higher levels of estrogen being produced and it's completely normal for the color of your discharge to change yes even an icky dark color!.

It's cervical mucous from the uterine wall and the blood has oxidized which causes the darkish color and it's probably due to you not starting your period yet, be sure that you will start gushing soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It means your just beginning to menstruate
Your body is just getting use to all the changes Don't worry that its not a bright red color!. I have had my period for years and sometimes it still comes out a brownish color!. Just depends how far along you are in your cycle!.
Nothing is wrong with you hon, your becoming a woman! CongratulationsWww@Answer-Health@Com

totally normal, don't worry about it is just clotted blood which is what you get for the first few periods which can take a while to settle in to a 28 day routine!. You'll get normal flow eventually but if you don't after 3 or 4 months just go for a quick check up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

mm!. well im not exactly sure what that is, but i had it before i started my period too, but it went away and i started my period, and everything is normal, so i wudnt worry about it too much!. but if it keeps happening, go to a doc or ask ur mom or somethingg!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would check with your gyno but i don't think nothing is wrong with you!. When this happened to me i it was usually towards the end of my period when my flow was lighter!. The blood turns darker the longer it takes to discharge!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be the start of your period ,but i would say it to your mam and she will bring you to see your gp please say it to her so you can get it checked out !?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your first period can be black or brown, no worries!.
It's not uncommon to bleed a little halfway between periods, so that's probably what that first bit was 2 weeks ago!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is normal- Sometimes your period shows some days before just as "an advice" of what's going on, then a few days later it really appears!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
