At first i thought a urinary tract infection, but if you have discharge, it is probably yeast (thrush)!. It may be burning on urination due to the irritation of surrounding tissue!. I would continue the cream until you see your doctor, but if gets worse, I would discontinue it!. Sometimes a Diflucan (fluconazole) pill can cure it quickly without the mess of creams!. It may take several days before you will feel better!.

Yes sounds very much like thrush, take the capsule and use the cream you should feel a lot of relief by morning!. If you don't feel any better get to the doctor tomorrow not in a week no matter how busy you are, untreated infections can cause infertility!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
