All of my piercings are bleeding?!?!?!?! help please?!

to day when i was in school all of my piersings started aching!. i just thought it would pass but when i got home they were all bleeding and white puss was coming out!.!.!.!. i know that they are infected but it happened so randomly!.!.!.!. and its my bellybutton ring, gauges, and my second hole!. i really dont know how they got infected at the same time i take care of them every day to prevent this!.!.!.!. i just want to know if anyone know what to do!.!.!.!.!.!.!. thanks!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. oh yea and i know im not cleaning them too much!.!.!.!.
