everyone gets different ones!.!.!. like headaches, irritability, bloating!.!.!. etc etc!.
what i get is about a day or two before hand i start feeling really thin!. when i look at myself in the mirror i'm like "wow i'm thinner"
then i get really bad cramps and thats how i know that i have it!. i'm horrible at timing my periods!.!.!. i jsut wait for the cramps and then i know that it will be coming in a few hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
