she used to work out and stopped because she feels tired and she doesnt use anything *like throwing up or diet pills she just restrict her food and when she eats a day she skip the whole next day

If she's an adult 5 feet tall and under 85 pounds, she's seriously malnourished and in danger of giving herself a heart attack due to lack of proper mineral balance (among many other serious health hazards)!.
What should people close to her do!? They should get her into a hospital for some nutritional rehabilitation and psychotherapy!.
