I get period leaks in the back...?!

Question: I get period leaks in the back!.!.!.!?
I always get a leak in the back of my underwear!. I use extra long pads (always ultra thin with wings) and i position it as far back as i can so i dont get leaks in the front, any advice!? is it because i should use maxis or change my pad more often or is it because the pads still too short
ps im 16 , 5'6, 160lbs if that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I used to have this problem before I started using tampons (they used to freak me out)!. I couldn't stand any pads except for the always ultra thin with wings, so what I did was put one pad, way towards the back of my panties (so that the wings could only fold over near the front, but laid flat on the back part of my panties as well) then I would layer a second pad on top towards the front!. I know it sounds kind of awkward, but once I started doing that, I didn't have any leaks! Once you are comfortable, I would really recommend at least trying tampons, they are so much easier, and much less to worry about!

Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is going to sound weird and crazy but i ball-up a couple sheets of toilet paper and place it beneath my vagina - (butt cheeks hold the paper in place) and it catches any blood that leaks to the back which will save your clothes and sheets!. try this it works!. over time you will learn what size ball of paper you need and you wont even feel it back there!. i have that problem too
it sounds like a heavy flow so get off the ultra thins
and you could use a tampon
but if you dont wanna just use 1 pads and that should cover the whole undies!.
otherwise sit up straight and it would go back

lol

Don't use ultra thin all the time, when your flow is heavy (the first couple days) use an overnight pad w/ wings with added protection!. Try Maxi Always Overnights with wingsWww@Answer-Health@Com

put TP in your butt crack or wear tamponsWww@Answer-Health@Com
