It's not offered that I know of, but since it seems to be possible to put implants in most places I'm sure if there was enough demand someone would do it!. The question is though, why would you want it!?! Padded shoulders in your jacket would be less painful, if not quite the height of fashion!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
