Twitch in my bum cheek?!
Question: Twitch in my bum cheek!?
This sounds quite stupid, but I have this twitch (like a tiny throbbing, although it doesn't hurt) in my left bum cheek!. I got it last night, and now it's starting up again!. It comes and goes randomly - i have no control over it! I'm 14 years old, if that makes any difference!.
Is it anything serious!? Is it possibly to do with lack of sleep!? I haven't been getting much sleep lately as I have a cold :(

Oh I know what you mean! I get twitches all of the time, normally my arm or my eye, but I hate it when I get one it my butt! It drives me insane!
Its normally to do with a lack of sleep, stress and not getting enough magnesium (being stressed can use it all up)!. If it continues for a long time, it might be worth trying a magnesium supplement!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No this isn't anything serious!. In fact, it happens all over the body!. It is just muscles contracting and there's nothing you can do about it!. It's nothing serious and you'll be fine!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sometimes it does that on your face or body!. It is totally normal and could be triggered by stress!. It should go away in a few days so don't worry!Www@Answer-Health@Com
