We going to have our first baby!!?!

I am so happy!! My wifey and i are having our first baby! She is in her 23rd week and we are having a baby girl!! Awwww =) The doctor and nurses keep saying that shes going to be a knockout gorgeous baby girl and in a couple of years i will need to carry a bat!! LOL We have a room in the house ready but what i want to know is what are other things you ladies did to prepare for your first baby!. I know she knows from her girlfriends that have kids but i just want to help and surprise her on some things, I know buying cloths,food toys cribs etc!.!. My wife is french and Italian and me African American as you can see!. We came down to two names = St
