Well, if you happen to have any plain (not vanilla) yogurt with active cultures you can put that on a tampon and insert it for about an hour!. The bacteria in the yogurt are natural combatants of the harmful bacteria that are causing your problem!. I know it sounds nuts but it's a pretty popular treatment and it works!.
