Sex and spirituality....?!
Question: Sex and spirituality!.!.!.!.!?
My boyfriend and I (Hopefully husband soon) Have been together for 5 years and things are wonderful!. Really we are happy and very much in love and really there for each other!.
Here is the kicker we have sex, maybe once a month twice on a good month!. Hes not too happy with it (What guy is) But hes not upset with it ither because I say nothing about his porn collection!. That being said!.
Iv been wondering about something!.!.!. When we first got together it was 2 or 3 times a day for 3 years!. I drank alot, did drugs and was a self hating atheist!. When the sex dropped off was when I first found spirituality!. I litterally went on a spiritual journey and it was practically never!. Then I found Islam!. Found Allah and were up to once a month but that is all I care for!. I see it as a carnel pleasure that I am not too interested in!.
NOW! Lol The question is, upon reading this do you think that becoming more spiritual can make you less sexual if you are replacing earthly pleasure with God!.
Second question!. Do you think this relationship is still healthy the way it is if we are ok with this or at least willing to be reasonable!?

the relationship will only be healthy if both of you are ok with this lifestyle!. but if he isnt then the relationship will no longer be healthy!.
