Ok, first off realize that although it may feel embarrassing, all women get it done!. m The will give you a open front robe and ask you to remove all your clothes!. You can leave on your socks!. The doctor will come in and do a breast exam!. They will feel your breast for lumps!. Now you will put your legs up in the stirrups and have you scoot down the table!. They will insert a speculum into the vagina!. This looks like a duck bill and holds the vagina open!. Then they will insert a scraper, like a long q-tip and take a cell sample!. After this they remove the speculum and will feel around in you with their fingers!. It is not the most pleasant thing, but it doesn't take that long for the entire exam!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's perfectly fine and should be comfortable with a good doc!. your doctor will have an "assistant" in the room with them, which lessens any possible creepiness!. you'll have to wear a gown of some type- no clothes!. they'll feel your breasts for lumps/abnormalities!. during the pelvic part of it your doc will use a lubricant and feel around inside with his/her fingers (awkward) then swab for STD/bacterial infections tests!. no pain!. at most, just weird because a doc has his/her face in your privates!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
