Buscopan, available from the chemist, is specifically used for period pain!.
It's a good idea to have some on hand at all times!.
A LOT of women do not know that period pain is NOT supposed to be this painful!.
It's usually always caused by a condition called Endometrosis!. So please get this checked out with your Doctor who can also prescribe something stronger to take when you get these dreaful cramps!.
There is no need to suffer like this every month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try any or all of the following:
Ibuprofen (not Tylenol, but Ibuprofen)
A warm bath
Moderate exercise (long walk, yoga)
Laying on your stomach
Using a massage wand on your abdomen
A mild, overnight laxative (to relieve pain associated with PMS constipation)
Getting on a birth control regimen (the hormones prevent cramps)
Bringing yourself to climax (the rush of endorphins helps dull pain)
Laying on the floor, on your back, facing a wall, putting your legs up in the air, pressed against the wall!.
Putting pressure on the chi point between your thumb and forefinger with a round object like a quarter or polished stone
Drinking rasberry leaf teaWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you are married have sex with your husband if not masturbate until you have an orgasm!. The contractions from your orgasm will relieve the pain!. The article I read said it helps even more if you have 2 orgasms!. This is not a joke answer!. It worked many times for my wife!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
