Question: Period question, please help!?
Hi, I have had my period for a while now, I started at 14 and now I am 23!. My period have always been regular, every month I get it either 2 days early or 2 days late!. Every month my period lasted for exactly 7 days!. Last month however I got my period 6 days early, but it still lasted 7 days so I wasn't worried!. This month I got my period 2 days late like usual!. The first day of my period this month was really heavy, but it only lasted 3 and 1/2 days!. I am completely off my period now on my 4th day!. Do you think this is normal!? I am worried because my period has never been less than 7 days!. Thanks for your input!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you have to rule some things out first!. Could you be pregnant!? A lighter bleed could be a first sign of pregnancy, although it is more common to just totally miss it!. Did you start taking birth control!? This can make periods lighter and shorter!.
When we're young, our cycles can change!. Technically you're still having a 'normal' period, and theres no risk to your health from this change!. But as its something different for you then perhaps you should speak to your doctor!. x

My period started when I was 10, I am 22 now!. What you are describing is perfectly normal!. Mine was the same way!. Maybe just telling us that our hormones are not as crazy any more, goodbye teen years!.

Yes I believe its normal!. Have you been really stressed lately!? Stress can definately cause it to fluctuate!. If you're concerned, you can always go to the doctor :)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
