Many other answerers have given you good ideas for relief at this point!. I can tell you that Mrs Jones (my wife) prefers Advil!.
But!.!.!. is this an every-period thing!? Do you always have severe pain and cramping!? How old are you, and are you taking birth control pills!?
Evaluating you and perhaps putting you on birth control to relieve menstrual distress would seem prudent, almost a no-brainer!. You should make an appointment with your family doctor or a gynecologist!.

Take a shower with warm water and try moving your legs around so you would help your uterus with exercise!. I usually take Midol, it's perfect for me, they're cheap and there are different kinds so you have options!. You can also massage your lower abdomen( almost on the pubic area) with some kind of analgesic cream, I usually use creams with mint!. Get some rest and hope you get better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have endometriosis which multiplies cramps x1000000!.
I suggest:
800mg Ibprofen (not Midol)
a heating pad
hot tea
repeat!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
