U can use a probiotic like Culturelle (made by ConAgra Foods)!. It's a lactobacillus that is the healthy bacteria that populates the GI tract (& subsequently the vagina)!. It's the healthy bacteria that keeps yeast from growing out of control!. Its safe to use in infants on up!. but it's not an instant cure!. It will take a while!. If your sister has an issue that is urgent u should probably visit the doctor b4 the folks come back!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
