was having horrible pain in my back on the right side, and it only got worse, I stood up, walked around it was still there, starting to shake, i got some pain in the front right side, I went to the bathroom hoping that'd take it away nope!. an hour later it all stopped
Is this a kidney stone!? I"ve never had one but my husband says thats how he felt with his except he was still in pain when he went to the er, do I still go even though Im not in pain anymore or what!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like one to me!. I've only had one!. It's severe!. The three points at which they'll stop moving, albeit temporarily, are when they exit the kidney (the back pain), when they pass by a major artery (the front mid abdomen), and when they enter the bladder!. They can hurt when they're on a roll - like when the urine going through the ureter is moving the stone!.
There's no way of knowing whether it passed unless you've been able to retrieve the stone or an X-ray!. If it's big enough to feel, it's big enough not to need a CT!.
If you have the resources, then see your doctor at your earliest convenience!. The worst that can happen is infection and/or kidney death!. If you develop a fever or have more pain, see a doctor!. If you have blood loss that doesn't stop, see a doctor!. For your own peace of mind, make an appointment on Monday!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like a stone, you could go have x-rays that will show it, or wait until it moves again and go!. I think i would go and see for sure what it was!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
