What you have is the equivalent ot what guys call head cheese, it's actually called smegma, a thick cheesy substance that from from vaginal secretions on guys the secretions come from around the penis head!. You just need to wash, probably more frequently than normal!. If it persists you might have to talk to an OB/GYN!.
