Period question- any advise at all!?!

Question: Period question- any advise at all!!?
okay, so i'm 15 years old, and started my period at 11 years of age, it has always been quite regular and on time, but recently i've missed two months, i'm defiantly not pregnant as i'm still a virgin and there are only a few reasons i can think of why i am missing it

1) had some mock GCSE's so stress could be an issue
2) health- i'm a little bit chubby but nothing abnormal, i'm veggie so could be lacking something- but what!?!

and help at all would be great thanks x x

Sometimes at that age, you can be quite irregular!. Stress may of course be a factor, but I haven't heard of any weight related issues for heavier people, only ridiculously skinny girls and people who are very very physically active!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am also a vegetarian!. You need to make sure that you are getting enough protein and iron!. You should also be taking a multivitamin with iron in it!. Just make sure you are getting your grains, 2-3 servings of vegetables and the same amount of fruit a day!. Beans are a great source of protein!. If it's not because of diet then it defiantly could be stress!. ( Random: We sound so alike, I'm 15, a vegetarian and I started at 11 also, how strange! lol) If your period does not come in a few weeks, I would say it is a good time to talk with your doctor!.!.Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could be low on protein or anemic from not eating proteins!. You probably need to see your doctor and have some general blood work done to check your hormone levels and general health!. You could also have cysts on your ovaries or tubes!. You really should tell your mom and see the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its likely to be stress :) and you figured that out on your own! :)
good luck with your gcses honey!Www@Answer-Health@Com
