Womens issues, hmmm....?!

Question: Womens issues, hmmm!.!.!.!.!?
ok, ive noticed my vagina smells bad, a bit fishy!. I wash regularly, ive been to my doctor who checked everything and did tests and it all came back as all clear and healthy!. Im not pregnant!.

I use pantyliners ALL the time because im so paranoid, I don't use any harsh soap down there and i sometimes use Femfresh products from time to time!.

I really want to get a bikini wax but i wouldn't even dare with this issue, i'd be so embarrassed incase they noticed the bad smell!.

Its driving me nutts, what can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually a bad smell indicates yeast infection!. It sounds a bit gross, but inside the vagina there is a balance between good bacterias and some yeast!. If there is a lack in natural bacterias the yeast can take over!. But since your doctor said you're healthy, it could be your natural smell that you're too aware of (the healthy vagina does have a distinctive smell, it's supposed to attract men!. ehehe)!. It might not be as bad as you say!. But in any case my gynecologist advises me to not use pantyliners because they make it stuffy down there and yeast need warmth and humidity to grow!. Also make sure you use panties are made of 100% cotton (or at least the part that's in contact down there)!. Don't wash it too much with soap cause you might take away it's natural defense!. Use soap just once a day and rinse it with cool water if you feel you need to clean it again!. And finally use soap specially made for women's intimate parts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Right you've been to the doctor and they have reassured you that there is no infection!.
We all have our own smell it's actually one of the subliminal things that attracts people to each other!.
Carry on with normal daily hygiene with mild cleaning products, clean undies etc!. If you over wash and use harsh products you may well get thrush and that is painful!.
Don't worry about a normal smell, you'd soon know if it was detectable by other people!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop wearing the pantiliners!. Start sleeping with no underwear and try the following: Yeast Infection: Douche morning and evening with a two quart hot water bottle/douche/enema bag!. Filling it with as hot of water as you can tolerate but not so hot that it burns you!. This is very effective at killing yeast as it summons your own white blood cells to the area of infection and they do a splendid job of killing the infection!. One or two days treatment is normally required to get over most yeast infections!.

You should be smelling better very soon - God bless you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the doctor ran tests for things like thrush and BV as well as STIs, I think it is probably just your natural smell!. As someone who both has a vagina and has licked em!.!.!. It's totally normal to smell of SOMETHING down there, and whilst it probably won't be attractive to you if you're a heterosexual female, it's attractive to guys!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go on a yeast and sugar free diet for a few days, see how that goes!. It should stop any bad smells/discharges!.
If that doesn't work get tested for BV!.
Try inserting a tampon with natural yoghurt on it!. Restore your lactobacilli balance by eating low sugar yoghurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

perhaps your washing too much, you need to let the natural yeast that lives there develop cause they help restore the natural balanceWww@Answer-Health@Com

i wear pantyliners every day but they are none-scented ones!. i just feel clean and fresh when i wear them because i'm naturally 'wet' down there!.

you're probably irritating your vagina!. wash it gently with the shower head (water only) and this should help!. the vagina is very good at cleansing itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
