Why don't you guys try something new!? If rough sex turns you on but hurts, its not cool! Try using some toys, or maybe watching a little adult entertainment if necessary!. Either way, you guys need to talk about other options for having sex, because its possible that he doesn't even know that you are in pain afterwards!. If he knows but isn't willing to try other techniques, you don't need to be with him anyways!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Oh my gosh!.!. stop being so rough!. Wow no!. If he was any sort of decent boyfriend would not want to hurt you like that!. Use lube, and just be more gentle!. You do not want to hurt yourself permanently!!! Just tell your boyfriend what is happening, and that it can't keep going!. It's ok to get a little crazy, but it is not good for you and you are going to make it so sex is just always painful!. Just be careful please!. Going through pain is not worth pleasing someone!. :(Www@Answer-Health@Com
He's probably hitting your cervix!. Try positions that are more comfortable, like missionary position!. If you're doing it doggy style, he's hitting your cervix, and it does cause cramps!. Try different positions until you find something that doesn't hurt you too bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I advise working your way up to the roughness!. Take it a few minutes at a time so your body gets more adjusted to it!. If you have bad cramps I advise a heating pad and maybe laying off the rough and tough in bed!. Light some candles once in a while and make it slow and romantic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you need to be careful because its fun and stuff but you can be damaged if you do things a certain way!. I would talk to your doctor (female doctor) when you go in for a check up, it can also mean you need medical attention!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Rough sex may be a turn on for your boyfriend, but if it causes you pain you need to find another boyfriend!. Sex is supposed to be enjoyable for both partners, not just one!. My advice--kick him to the curb!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
For some women the cramps is normal!. In the old days it was a sign that the women was very fertile!.
If you want you can ask your BF to be gentle with you the next time and see how it works out for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lube will help you not be sore but it won't help the cramps, take some advil beforehand and try positions that don't hit your cervix too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It'll pass but if your cramps are really really painful then maybe you need to get yourself checked by a gynecologist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
