Question: How to use birth control?
i recently got alesse and says to start day of period but say i got my period at 4pm do i have to take every pill now at 4 or can i start the 2nd pill in the morning when more convenient for me or is that bad idea i should just take it at 4pm

You don't have to take it the time you start your period. Just the day you start it, take your pill. It needs to be around the same time everyday. So, if mornings are more convenient, they do that.
But, I know my pills (though they are a diff brand) said to start the Sunday after my period began. So, you may want to check on that. Make sure you read all the directions.
