oh and its not an std or a yeast infection cuz i got checked for both.

i would see a doctor ask for a pap smear and internal if nothing shows i would request a scan to make sure the procedure hasnt left anything behind that may be rotting, or attached where it shouldn't i know after having my first son i was in pain during sex for moths and urination due to the sensitivity and pains would happen i seen doc after doc who said its nothing to only find they had left a part of placenta behind and i had a cut from birth that wasnt healing . you may just have something left or some brusing or cuts from the procedure, good luck hope your better soon
it could either be a urinary tract infection or a yeast infection. I thought i had a urinary tract infection so i went the doctors and they told me they didnt find anything i went back to the doctors a few days later and they found blood in my urine and told me i had a yeast infection i asked why when they tested me the first time they didnt find anything. They said it could a couple days until it shows up. So I would get rechecked just incase.
