How come i couldnt see anything?!

Yesterday, I had softball practice and it was raining. Later on that day, i didnt feel so well. I had a headache and i was sleepy. The next day i wake up, i felt like throwing up. I told my dad and then all of a sudden, i couldnt see anything, everything was black. My dad kept telling to throw up but i couldnt find the toilet seat! Then my dad started to rub my forehead really hard and i started to have my sight back, everything looked orange at first. After throwing up, i saw stars but everything looked normal afterwards. Does anyone knoe what was the cause? I couldnt see for like 30 or 40 seconds.... I am on mobile rite so please pardon my errors..
