I took plan B & have been cramping for 4 days now?!

Question: I took plan B & have been cramping for 4 days now?
My boyfriend & I had Protected sex, but the condom broke. I am on birth control and haven't missed a day, yet my boyfriend wanted to be extra careful and got me plan b. It has been 6 days since I have taken plan b. I am on my last active pill on my birth control and have one week left of placebos. Will I get my period soon? I took every precaution to not be pregnant. Anyone experienced this before? please help! Also after taking the second plan b pill I started having menstrual cramping....

Answers:

i had this, im on the pill and the condom broke, i was fine with it andi had to reassure my boyfriend, that's why we decided to put me on the pill, in case this happens. 99.8% chance of the condom not working , 99% chance of the pill not working (100% if taken correctly and on time) so the likeliness of you being pregnant is nill basically. You should get your period normal time or maybe a bit later because of the plan b you took. The plan b basically makes sure you are not carrying a baby by making the cramps so its all good. I hope i helped, and tell your boyfriend that you ll be find and the pill is there for your plan be and that the plan b is actually the plan c , which wasn't needed. You only needed the plan b if you missed or are unreliable with your pill, so next time don't worry. Its good you are sensible, using a backup just it case the first donst work.
