I'm not a Female, But just thought I might enlighten you about few issues with your question.
not having period for while before the age for menopause is called amenorrhea. yours is called secondary amenorrhea because you have had your regular period. this can occur due to one of several facts.
nutrition deficiency
anxiety
depression
endocrine disorders (the disorder with production/secretion of female hormones - estrogen, FSH, etc)
ovarian failure
low weight
.....
about your discharge:
one of the followings can cause it
Over washing of the vagina
eating acidic and spicy foods
Allergic reaction to certain fabric such as silk and satin
and finally unclean underwear

I suggest you to see your doctor to evaluate examination. actually this is why DRs exist !!!

I had that too. I am guessing you have an irregular period like me. I can have some anywhere form 4-18 periods a year. Wear a pantie liner in order to stop it from running down your legs. Other than that I cannot be of much help, I never worry about mine because that is the kind of stuff kind of that happens when turned on for some people. Most people have clear but others have white. The white stuff is almost always in my underwear daily, it never gets past my underwear enough to get on my legs, but if yours is causing a rash I think you should go to a doctor, just take a friend with and talk to a doctor about it. You and your mom may not be close but it might help to talk to her, see if she has a history of this also.

You have probably got a n infection, like water, yeast or something. Go to your doctors, its completley fine.
Don't worry about your periods to much, your only young, but mention to your doctor while you there.
Never be aafraid to go to the doctors, they wont judge you.
