Question: Why does the lower part of my stomach hurt when get my period?
When I get my period and eat something cold like soda, my stomach starts to hurt real bad- is it something I ate? or maybe something else?
Answers:
It is just cramping which is a normal symptom for most periods. The bubbles in the soda probably don't help with the cramping maybe you shouldn't drink soda on your period
Its cramps when your on you period you not supposed to drink anything with caffenie(not the best speller) or milk its good to drink lots of water.
your body is practicing contractions for when you have a baby. oh, the joy of womanhood!
