how do cramps feel and where do you feel them?!
Question: How do cramps feel and where do you feel them?
Answers:
Generally in your belly, below your naval, between your hips. Sometimes they radiate into your hips, lower back and thighs. The degree of pain varies woman to woman and period to period. I have had ones that feel like someone is twisting my insides like a pretzel and ones that feel like a dull ache, like a headache gone south. My mom used to have to stay in bed for the first day. Some women don't get them at all.
It feels like I'm wearing a waste band of pain. It's from my lower back, to the whole entire area between my belly button and genital area.
they feel like aches and linger around, they vary ie below the belly button and the vagina.
you will feel them kinda where your hips are like where you would wear your pants and its a sharp pain
