A bump "down there"; What is it?!
Question: A bump "down there"; What is it?
Now then, I'd like to clarify one thing: I have never had sex, I have never had a guy go down on me, the only guy who has ever touched me down there is my boyfriend who is also a virgin and has never done anything with another girl before.
The bump was kind of protruding, not a flatter bump, and was on the outside of the lips (for lack of a more appropiate term for those) where the skin folds a little on itself. I thought maybe it was a pimple so I squeezed it and a little bit of clean fluid came out. Until I popped it it had never hurt (and now hurts if I touch it or something), it had never bothered me, if I hadn't shaved I wouldn't even have noticed it. When I got out of the shower I put a mirror down on the floor to get a better look at it, and it just looked like a shiny and reddish bump, possibly leaking more clear fluid from me popping it.
I'm kind of freaking out about it, since I don't know what this is. Could it be an ingrown hair, a pimple, a bump from irritated skin? Or could this be some kind of infection or STD that I should get checked out? I've heard that you can get STD's from public bathrooms, and I've been using public restrooms more often this past month, so now I'm all worried about that.
Any advise is very appreciated! Serious posts only, please.

Either it is an ingrown hair or a cyst. Cysts can happen by irritation, clogged pores, etc. No need to freak out. It probably hurts now because you irritated it and can cause it to get bigger. No need to freak out, leave it alone and it will go away eventually.
Ingrown hair or maybe a pimple, or a rash, if its only one bump, it can't be an STD and besides, if you never had sex then it is VERY rare to get an STD, but you can possibly get an STD if it has fluids on the toilet, thats why you should always use the cover things for it but again, it is very rare.
