period in hospital?????!
Question: Period in hospital?????
Answers:
Try not to worry! I had to go for a colonoscopy and the day I was scheduled to go for it I woke up with my period. I was humiliated because they are down in that area doing the scope but I just told the nurse who took me back and she told me it was fine. Just bring pads/tampons and anything else you may need. They also have supplies there if you need them. If it's a camera down the throat don't worry about it. You should still have your underwear on under your hospital gown so you don't have to worry about that. I am also a nurse and we know to expect it, there's absolutely nothing you can do about it and it's completely natural. Don't worry! I hope everything works out ok for you :)
Bring a pad and besides: hospital, period, its medical stuff they know it happens everybody does but defintaly them they even know how it happends and why! They are the most understanding people about that kind of stuff but even more a female doctor! You will be perfectly fine!

Pack yourself some tampons or some pads, and go to the hospital. Im a nurse, and trust me no one cares or minds, its a natural thing. Every woman goes through it, its not a secret. Relax, dont let your period control your life or your health.
Just bring pads/tampons with you in your purse. Nobody has to know about it. You can bring your bag/things with you and there is a bathroom/shower in the hospital. Relax. It will be ok.
