How to put a tampon in?!
Question: How to put a tampon in?
Answers:
Put your dominant leg up on toilet seat. Take tampon applicator and stick it partially in your vagina. Push the tampon into your vagina using easy push motion on applicator. Make sure to leave string. After use pull out and replace depending on your flow. My suggestion to you is to use pads and tampons if your flow is heavy. Tampons will hurt too when you first put them in. They especially hurt if you are a virgin, because your cherry hasn't popped. In case you don't know what that means. It means that pressure(usually a mans genitals) push on a barrier like thing that breaks. That is why sex is painful the first few times. Don't worry if you get blood from that either. It is normal. Hope this helps. Good luck girl.
Yeah, go look at the video at beinggirl.com! That's a great website for information on stuff like that, along with anything period related, really.
And tampon packages all have a pamphlet inside of the box that tells you how to put them in. I don't use them myself, so I can't really tell you first hand. Just, if you it hurts when you get it in, then you have it in wrong. I guess you shouldn't be able to feel them.
If you go to beinggirl.com they actually have a video (it's a cartoon, don't worry) of how to do it. It really helped me.
