Also, it has been proven that eating 5 small meals a day will help you lose weight faster than 3 bigger meals. There are alot of reasons you are not losing weight, if you are eating healthy and exercising then it could be a medical issue like your thyroid gland which a doctor can test with blood work, and if it is under active he can give you medication that will speed it up and you will lose weight. Also, drink water, again there is a calculator online that will tell you how much YOU need to drink. Good Luck
