Foods that are a good source of iron?!
Question: Foods that are a good source of iron?
Answers:
All green leafy vegetables are full of iron as bananas and apples. Most importantly expose your body to direct sunlight for some time daily or as many times as you can for your body to be able to assimilate iron from your food. Eat fruits alone as a separate meal and vegetables raw as far as possible. Vitamin A is an essential one which you get in these sources and it helps our body in absorbing iron
