i mean seriously...how come men can ask sex questions on womens health but it wont let us ask in mens health?

It is very dumb. The Yahoo Violation people are out of control. I have gotten two violations removed and the points reinstated recently, but both cases were for non-violations. I think they give violations notices to anyone that has an abuse reported, and so any troll can abuse the system. On behalf of all the men, thank you for your input and wisdom, we couldn't exist without you.
